Guidance Health Now (GHN) can only provide care while you are in Massachusetts.

Medication costs are variable and not included in the initial fee or monthly fee. All medications are billed from the pharmacy. Guidance Health Now (GHN) is not responsible for costs of medications or labs.

Initial Weight Loss Care– $299                                                                           

Includes:

• Initial assessment (Telehealth video visit  45-60 minutes)

  • Review your health history ​

  • Creating individualized  treatment plan 

• First month’s prescription (not medication cost) sent to pharmacy for those with insurance coverage.

  • Please check coverage prior to visit by calling your insurance member services.

    • Pay out of pocket medication options are also available.​

• Prior authorization if needed

• Guidance and  education.

• Lab work mandatory prior to prescribing drawn at Quest.

  • Can be ordered through your insurance.

  • Reasonable pay out of pocket options available.

This is a medical appointment. You must be present in Massachusetts

during the visit, where I am licensed. After Initial assessment you will be required to check in with provider approximately every 4 weeks through the portal to decide your  dosing schedule.

Monthly Subscription Fee - Required for on-going care

Medication prescribed to local pharmacy or Lilly self pay/Novo care.

• $125 per month subscription automatically billed monthly. 

Medication prescribed to Custom made pharmacy

• Options ranging between $200-350 per month all inclusive, dependent on type of medication and dosing.

No contracts! Cancel anytime by messaging us before your auto bill.

You may need:

• Change of prescription/pharmacy transfer fee will be $25

• Insurance paperwork/ Letter of Medical Necessity $78

• Each Prior authorization $78 after initial consultation

• Insurance phone call  $125

• Subscription Reactivation visit $225- if you have not checked in within 4 months this visit is required to restart. Includes prior authorization.

• Acute Care visit $75

Note: we do not accept insurance, and conduct treatment in such a manner that Medicare/Mass health does not reimburse. You may use your HSA/FSA to pay for our services if it meets their criteria. We do not submit claims to insurance for our service fees and do not use CPT codes.​
