About Me
I embarked on my nursing journey in 2003, graduating from Endicott College with a BSN. Driven by a passion for patient care, I returned to Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning my MSN. In 2016, I achieved a significant milestone by passing the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners exam, officially becoming a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

For the past 7 years, my focus has been on providing comprehensive care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. It’s a privilege to be part of their healing journey, and I’m committed to making a positive impact on their lives.
In August 2022, I founded Guidance Health Now, LLC—a platform dedicated to empowering individuals on their wellness path. My mission is to transform lives through personalized care, education, and transparency.

My Personal Transformation
Like many, I’ve heard the familiar advice: “Eat less and exercise more.” But it wasn’t until I found a doctor who prescribed GLP-1 medication that my life truly changed. No longer plagued by constant hunger or food obsession. Gone are the days that I was hungry 24/7 or thinking about food like I've been on a deserted island for years!
Beyond the Clinic
When I’m not caring for patients, my family takes center stage. With three children, our home is a bustling hub of love and laughter and the occasional swear word. LOL. We reside on a small hobby farm, where I find solace in feeding our chickens, guinea fowl, and tending to my beehives. Meanwhile, our trusty sheep keep the lawn in check.
