5. Fees, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Certain clinical consultations, lab reviews, or structured treatment programs require the payment of established fees.

  • Pricing & Modifications: All fees, subscription options, and appointment availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.

  • Office Closures & Scheduling: Guidance Health Now operates on a professional clinical schedule. Notice of planned office closures or breaks will be posted or communicated in advance. It is the responsibility of the user to manage appointment bookings and prescription refills accordingly around these periods.

  • Cancellation Policy: Specific cancellation windows and fee policies apply to scheduled telehealth consultations. Please refer to your patient intake paperwork or booking confirmation for exact timelines.

6. Prohibited Conduct
