We are a cash-pay clinic and do not accept insurance for clinical fees. However, we are happy to accept HSA and FSA cards for all medical services. GHN is not covered by Medicare or any Medicare-related insurance plan. GHN can accept Medicare beneficiaries as self-pay patients, but beneficiaries cannot submit any claims related to their visits, medications, or associated services.

  • Initial clinical assessment: $299

    • Telehealth video visit: 45-60 minutes​

    • Diagnostic Labwork and interpretation:  

      • Using insurance: Orders can be submitted through your insurance (coverage is subject to your insurance provider)

      • Self- Pay option: Discounted out-of-pocket pricing is available through Fullscript.

  • ​Ongoing Care: $125/ monthly

    • Includes: Continuous clinical monitoring, medication management, and personalized health guidance.

  • Prior Authorizations:

    • One included with initial assessment

    • $78 for each additional request.​

      • Note: Approval is determined by your insurer and typically lasts 6–12 months.​

  • Prescription payment:

    • Medication costs/copays are paid directly to your pharmacy.​​

    • Monthly medication management includes personalized medications that range from $250–$350 (Standard) or $275–$450 (Premium) depending on dosage. Includes alcohol wipes/ needles and free delivery.

    • Continuous clinical monitoring, medication management, and personalized health guidance.

  • This plan does not utilize insurance; payments will not apply to insurance deductibles or out-of-pocket limits.​​
