How does the program work?

New patients sign up using online booking ---> New Patient Experience --> Select --> Initial Weight Loss Care

You schedule an appointment for an up to 60 minute telehealth video visit. ( If you are unable to do a telehealth video you have the option to do an initial questionnaire instead, just let us know)

How can I tell if my private health information is safe?

​The patient portal is certified HIPPA and PHIPA compliant. That means it ensures the privacy, security, and confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

How can I tell if my credit card information is safe?

Any business that accepts, processes, stores, or transmits payment card information are required to comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The patient portal partners with Authorize.net which provides the secure environment necessary to be PCI DSS compliant.​​

Do you take insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. We do not submit claims to insurance for our service fees and do not use CPT codes.​

What happens if I no longer want to use the program?

Simply send a message stating that you would like to stop and all future billing will be cancelled. You may start back up at any time, simply use online booking for a reactivation visit.

We can see 12 year old and older for weight loss. ​

All communication is done through the portal messaging system but at anytime you want to talk with your provider please book an existing patient phone call through Online booking
