The Process

1

Eligibility & Lab Initiation

What you do:

  • Book: Schedule your initial intake online to begin the eligibility process.

  • Register: Access your patient portal via email to complete your medical history questionnaires and consent forms.

  • Test: Once reviewed, your provider will order personalized lab work. You will receive instructions to visit a Quest Diagnostics location at your convenience.

  • Transition: Once your results are finalized and uploaded to your portal, you are ready to book your Stage 2: Clinical Assessment.

  • The Result: Your foundational medical data is gathered, allowing for a precise and safe clinical evaluation.

2

Clinical Assessment and Plan Review

What you do:

  • Connect: Join a private HIPAA compliant Telehealth video consultation with your provider usually lasts 45- 60 minutes.

  • Review: Your provider will thoroughly analyze your lab results, discuss your symptoms, and determine the medical necessity for treatment.

  • Plan: If eligible, your customized treatment program is finalized. We will determine your clinical tier and discuss your personalized dosing schedule.

  • Initiation: Upon clinical determination and payment of your Stage 3 Clinical Management fee, your initial prescriptions will be processed.

  • The Result: You’ll leave this visit with a clear medical plan, a comprehensive understanding of your medication, and a defined path forward.
